Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely decisions, reasonable access to the property, and a safe working environment. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Restore Hub’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All designs, drawings, content, and materials created by Home Restore Hub remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
